In no particular order, we found Rhys and his team to be communicative in scheduling work, on time for commencement, professional in their set-up, work-site behaviour, and engagement, ever-ready to explain what, why and how they did things, professionally managed any variances, managed to keep household interruptions to a minimum, displayed a "no surprises" approach, cleaned up after each day and on conclusion of the job, including restoring any affected areas of our property to original condition.

Ben and Naji did a fantastic job adding a new downpipe to our existing gutter and cleaned the gutters. They had to climb 2 levels up to do this, no complaints, very professional and fast. There was a small leak in the gutter that we had missed. As soon as I called Ben, with no hesitation they came back again to fix it. Super impressive.

We had a great experience with Ben and Denise of Service Fox to waterproof and install new flashing for our chimney. In the first place they responded very promptly to our online enquiry and made an appointment for a quote. Ben came out to site, he was very experienced with federation era houses and provided us with professional advice on how to repair the chimney. He quickly came back to us with a quote which was significantly less than other providers. Ben has since completed the works and we are extremely happy with the outcome.
