We are very pleased with the professionalism and finish of Michael’s work. Our floors were sanded and polished to a very high standard. Contacted late on 31/10/2025 regarding black mould in my washing machine and Omes replied back almost immediately (outside business hours). Cleaning/service was organised and completed in around an hour. Super professional and the washing machine looks an smells amazing. Also provided guidance on how to keep the machine clean. Our washing machine stopped working mid cycle and they came out within the hour to fix it! Very happy with the service. Even got a call later that day to make sure everything was ok!

Michael did a great job transforming our 70+ year old flooring that had seen better days. We weren’t even expecting it to make much of a difference. After a lot of hard work, we are really pleased with our ‘new’ floor. We stayed in the house whilst Michael worked, not much dust, a bit of noise but, nowhere near as bad as we thought. I am pleased to recommend Michael and Ballarat Flooring.
