We are very pleased with the professionalism and finish of Michael’s work. Our floors were sanded and polished to a very high standard. I was expecting lots of dust and mess but there was virtually none. All our questions were answered and the three bedrooms we had done look fantastic. I would definitely recommend him.

I had the pleasure of being a client of Brendan and his team for 6 window replacements in an older second storey brick apartment, a very technically difficult job i was informed. They had to remove very old and very fragile single pane sash windows and replaced them with lovely and much sturdier double glazed windows with awning opening. Being new to the reno game, I was pleased with how Brendan took the time to explain the process as he went along. I was informed immediately of a structural issue they discovered with the brick underneath the old kitchen window and i am very appreciative of the communication and honesty with this, Brendan needed to install a support beam for the new window. His team, Ben ("silicone ben" whos silicone lines are shmick 👌🏻) and Peter were lovely work to with. I was very impressed with how they left the worksite once each section was completed. My furniture was protected and left undamaged. Thank you for your patience with my two little cats, who needed to be ferried from room to room as each window was completed. I love the new windows, even before the new arcs went in, there was a massive improvement in temperature and sound! A very very well done job to Brendan and his team. Many thanks, Jade
