How refreshing to have a tradie turn up on time on the day as arranged. Thankyou
Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Prompt and responds to messages in a timely manner. Arrived when stated completed job and cleaned up. Fee structure was very good and i will have no hesitation in referring Kyle to anyone that asks. Thank you
Kyle saved the day with an emergency repair. Professional, punctual and prompt service, I couldn’t be happier. I recommend him
Had Kyle out to complete plumbing on bathroom renovation. He fit us in at a days notice and done an awesome job. The work was very neat and thorough and good value for money as he works fast. Definitely recommend! Thanks Kyle!
Good ,quick reliable service.Wouldnt hesitate to call Mr LOO again Pam & Chris (Morayfield)
Mr.Loo uninstalled two old toilets and installed two new toilets for me. He was extremely professional and efficient. I highly recommend.
Mr Loo installed a new toilet for us. His pricing was more that competitive. From the inital contact throught to the post installation Mr Loo was professional, courteous and communative; being more than happy to explain the what and why of what was happening. Highly recommend and I have keep his number as he will be my go to plumber from now on.
Had a toilet replaced by Ludo. There was a hiccup (no fault of his own) which meant he had to come twice in the same day even though he was really busy before Christmas and he was more Han happy to do it. Nice guy and knew what he was doing. Definitely the kind of guy/business that deserves support
Ludo was friendly, professional and did a great job installing our new toilet. Thank you so much. We highly recommend you!
Absolutely amazing service! Immediate response time, professional, friendly, happy to offer advice and nothing too much trouble when I added additional jobs. Won't use anyone else - highly recommend - Ludo won't disappoint
We recently bought our house and as we were getting ready to move in we realised that the property had all the plumbing issues that you can think of, such as, obstructed pipes in the toilets, leaking issues in the bathrooms and blocked gutter down pipes.
Mr. Loo came to the rescue. Ludo provided advise on the best and most cost-efficient way to tackle each problem. He was very transparent with the cost of materials vs. labour hours and did an outstanding job!. We highly recommend him and we will definitely contact him for any future work required in our house.
Ludo was fantastic. He was super helpful right from the beginning despite our job being a little bit out of the ordinary. We're thrilled with his work and it was lovely to meet have such a friendly accommodating plumber . Thank you!
Ludo was a pleasure to work with - he installed a new bathroom vanity for us, connected the fridge and relocated our outdoor tap. His communication was great and he was able to do the work quickly. Will definitely use him again.
I have used MrLoo 3 times now (2 x toilet install, replaced water mains piping & installed vanity). 5 star service. Great communicator, very hard worker, on time, professional, very competitive pricing and provides great advice. I won’t use anyone else!
Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and well- priced...and top blokes at the same time. Would highly recommend them!
OCD craftsman, brilliant communicator and absolute gentleman. I found a gem!
Jason is a true Professional!
Communication, Punctuality and workmanship all fantastic!
Paid exactly what was quoted even though there were a couple of extras he had to fit !
Explained everything through the process!
Thank You Jason
Mr Loo came and fixed my shower today.. great service, professional, and a lovely guy. Thank You Mr Loo 😊 …
Fantastic to find such a great local plumber. Ludo is a quality tradesman that I have total trust in. Couldn’t be happier with his work and bill.
