After years of dealership servicing & wasted time waiting around whilst they serviced multiple cars at the same time, I decided to look for a mobile mechanic & stumbled across Rox! From my initial enquiry to service being completed, Rox was prompt, professional & knowledgeable. He picked up on a minor issue, he called Holden for the price on the part, advised me of additional costs to see if I was happy to go ahead, he then went & got the part, fixed the issue & even took my car to get pink slipped as it was due for rego.. 1000% recommend Rox..

I was looking for a new mechanic for a standard car service and I decided to try out Rox; the idea of a mobile mechanic that comes to your house rather than the hassle of traveling to and fro from the dealership sounded like an amazing idea.

When making the booking Rox was very helpful, informative and upfront regarding the potential costs of the services to be provided. On the day of the booking he came at the agreed time, took the time to discuss with me exactly what I was after and also find out more about the vehicle itself.

He was transparent throughout the whole process and even though I have very limited knowledge when it comes to cars I do feel like he did an excellent job.
