1 STAR: I arranged for them to come and inspect the problem and no one turned up. I've taken time off work to stay home and despite my attempts to contact them, I haven't had a response. Very unprofessional.

3 STAR: they contacted me to apologise as they had vehicle problems. Arranged for next day appointment, & they arrived on time, completed the job quickly, efficiently at a reasonable price.
If they had communicated with me earlier regarding reason for not turning up to first appointment, I would have given them a higher rating.

I always thought I had a pretty healthy diet and there was nothing new to learn, well I was wrong. I have since learnt that some of the "healthy" foods I was eating were actually contributing to my health problems and that there were many hidden sources of excess sugar in my diet. Since seeing Lindy I have lost weight something I have found difficult in the past and feel I'm eating much better. Lindy is very warm and easy to talk to, highly recommended.
