Tim confirmed the appointment time. Arrived on time and did an excellent job jet cleaning out our stormwater drain. Good for a chat and answered my uneducated questions while working.

Tim was very courteous, friendly and very helpful. He walked me through all the processes of what was going to happen with the storm water issues.

Tim was on time on the day of the repairs, placed in drains for storm water/excess water drainage, also fixed up downpipes and a small roofing issue.

When job completed Tim left the property all clean.

I would recommend Tim anytime to anyone as a plumber.

Shane and Jay did a sewer peg out ahead of us getting a pool. They were super professional, friendly and responsive. When I asked a question about an unrelated plumbing matter Shane even went the extra mile and got under my house to point me in the right direction re what needed doing. Highly recommend them!

I just engaged All Line Plumbing to do a sewer line encasement. Shane came out for a site inspection and Michael provided me with a quote and was prompt to respond to inquiries. Jay was on site and he was friendly, professional and did a fantastic job despite unforeseen circumstances. I can highly recommend All Line Plumbing.

Detailed Review:

I got 3 quotes for the sewer line encasement. All Line Plumbing was the only company that came out for a site inspection.

All Line Plumbing - Shane came out and did site inspection and estimated the sewer line to be 2.4m down (I had mentioned to Shane that the engineer had estimated the sewer line to be deeper but these things are hard to estimate). The quote from All Line Plumbing had a appropriate number of exclusions but I got the impression that All Line Plumbing is reasonably approachable/flexible (I was mainly concerned about the depth). It turned out that the sewer line was located at 3.3m down and they had to go and get a bigger excavator which pushed the job out by half a day. This was clearly communicated to me (via Jay and Michael) and at no additional cost. Jay went above and beyond and did a great job.

Company 2 - Slightly cheaper quote. They were going to come out and do a site inspection but the project manager was on leave. Company 2 had a very long list of exclusions and I felt that the job could end up getting very expensive if there were any issues with ground conditions and depth.

Company 3 - Company 3 was recommended to me in a roundabout way and so I decided to get a quote. Company 3 did not offer to come out and do a site inspection and the quote only had a moderate number of exclusions but they were not very responsive (I asked for the quote to be updated to a depth of 2.4m which never happened so can't comment on final quote/price).

I recently engaged with All Line Plumbing for a sewer concrete encasement. Shane, Michael, Jay, and the team did a great job. Friendly people and professional work. I would highly recommend All Line Plumbing and will work with them again.

I have never met a more professional trifecta of a team in all the years of working on this project - or even during my own renovation. They're polite, humble, empathetic - and that's before they pickup a shovel or seat themselves inside the excavators.

Tala and his team did a great job of my raised planter box. He fixed all the imperfections of my box laying and 6 months out it still looks fantastic. He also provided fantastic advice on painting and after care. I would definitely use him again.
