He goes above and beyond and quite late into the night to make sure he can get our fridge and freezers back in working order. Asked for a quote on replacing a leaking air con split system that two other mobs had said had a broken drip tray. Turns out the other two didn't even bother to check it properly and Mason cleaned it, checked it and left it in good working order. Fantastic service and honesty and by helping us, he walked away with less money as we don't need to replace it.

Bill was able to come around to our house quite quickly, and more importantly actually responded straight away to messages unlike some other plumbers in the area. Didn't pressure me into completely changing over our hot water system and said repairing was the better option for our circumstances. Will use him again.
Tom is what you can call a genuine hardworking tradie and is a honest man. We called Tom after hours to rectify the work of dodgy gas plumbers who we just had out. He understood the urgency and was on site within 30 minutes. He not only rectified the issue but also took the time to check that there everything was in good working order.
I can’t recommend this man highly enough. It’s hard to find good tradies these days so look no further and put this man on your books.
Last weekend I suffered the indignity of a blocked toilet.
After many attempts to unblock it with the help of google suggestions, I left a message on Personal Best Plumbing late Sunday evening.
I was very relieved to get a message from Tom early Monday to check what the problem was.
Tom and his partner Stacey arrived at 8.45am and the blockage was quickly sorted.
When Tom checked the basin to see that the water was draining away from there, he discovered it was also blocked and offered to clean those pipes as well. ( for a minimal price)
I am so pleased I discovered Personal Best Plumbing.
