Asked for a quote on replacing a leaking air con split system that two other mobs had said had a broken drip tray. Turns out the other two didn't even bother to check it properly and Mason cleaned it, checked it and left it in good working order. Fantastic service and honesty and by helping us, he walked away with less money as we don't need to replace it.

Tom was prompt to get back to my initial enquiry, prompt to arrive and always let me know if there was going to be a delay. He made recommendations on the best way to tackle the work I needed to have done, provided cost estimates and completed the work in a professional manner and to a high quality (including clean up and taking away rubbish).

Highly recommended him and will certainly use him again for any future work.

Tom is what you can call a genuine hardworking tradie and is a honest man. We called Tom after hours to rectify the work of dodgy gas plumbers who we just had out. He understood the urgency and was on site within 30 minutes. He not only rectified the issue but also took the time to check that there everything was in good working order.

I can’t recommend this man highly enough. It’s hard to find good tradies these days so look no further and put this man on your books.

Last weekend I suffered the indignity of a blocked toilet.

After many attempts to unblock it with the help of google suggestions, I left a message on Personal Best Plumbing late Sunday evening.

I was very relieved to get a message from Tom early Monday to check what the problem was.

Tom and his partner Stacey arrived at 8.45am and the blockage was quickly sorted.

When Tom checked the basin to see that the water was draining away from there, he discovered it was also blocked and offered to clean those pipes as well. ( for a minimal price)

I am so pleased I discovered Personal Best Plumbing.

Hadfield FC is a great environment for kids to learn and enjoy playing AFL. They have a clear msg that is discussed at training and during games that the kids love screaming out which is "the most important thing is having fun". This msg is driven by the coaches from all age groups. The parents also provide a fun and entertaining environment while watching the kids play. I am so glad that my boys chose to play at Hadfield FC. With such a great community it's hard to leave each week. Go Haddie
