Justin just attended to see to a warranty issue. The appliance was installed by another company. He was professional, extremely personable and a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend Justin.

Came within a couple of days, needed a new dump valve in our evap cooler, also replaced pads that were 14 years old,all done within a week as had to order new valve and pads, very happy with the end result and great to deal with,all the staff were great, will use them again.

Fantastic customer service. Tony was excellent at explaining the difference between ducted units when helping us decide. The team that installed the unit were all friendly, worked quickly and to a high standard.... they all took the time to give our dog a pat each time they walked past her as she had to be chained up for them to be able to work.
