They came to inspect our roof for a quote and didn't charge us anything as the issue was still under warranty. $330 to replace 2 pairs of under the sink flex hoses blows me away. I needed a plumber to help my mum and he came within the hour (during business hours), I didnt check fees in advance but I was expecting to pay about $220
