Josh responded to my quote request the same day and booked me in for a few days later. He was on time, professional and did the job quickly. I was happy with his pricing and service overall. Highly recommend.
Absolutely recommend. Punctual, polite and a job well done. Rare these days.
Absolute great service, Josh is a great bloke. I asked for a deep clean and service, he did the job amazingly. He is polite and answered any question I gave him. Air conditioner is now clean and even smells nice. 5/5 stars for sure!!!
My experience with Just Chill Air was top notch company. From my first phone call to sitting in my lounge room warm in the middle of winter was 4days, yes that’s right!!! 4 days my issue with no heating was solved . There was No confusion whatsoever from price to installation. Josh was professional, respectful & so knowledgeable on the product I purchased. I have no problem in recommending Josh from Just Chill Air. Thanks so much Josh. ✅✅✅
I've used Josh a few times now, first time to install my new air con and the 2nd time to repair it, 7 years later (no fault of his own). I found Josh to be very honest, knowledgeable, well priced and trusting. He also has your best interest at heart. Josh goes above and beyond to accommodate his customers where he can, and keeps you updated along the way. I'm so happy with Josh, I didn't bother shopping around, and have hired him for a 3rd time for another repair. Josh will always be my go to man for air con repairs and installs. I highly recommend him. You won't be disappointed! Thanks again for your work and knowledge Josh.
Josh is awesome, fantasic Tradesman with great communication and pricing
Josh from Just chill has been an excellent guy to work with. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely works for the passion of his job rather than just the money, but that’s exactly how Josh approaches his work. From the very beginning, he has been incredibly helpful, giving honest advice at every step of the process and making sure I understood all my options before making decisions.
What really stood out was that he even helped decommission my split unit before I had signed the contract, simply because he wanted to help and make sure the job was done right. That level of commitment and integrity is hard to find these days.
Josh and team were professionals and completed the job as quoted. Definitely recommend.
Joshua genuinely cares about his work and his customers, you won't be disappointed.
Amazing people to work with very professional and prompt service
I cannot fault Just Chill Air and Electrical! Josh went above and beyond to assist me with fitting us with a new ducted AC unit. I highly recommend Josh and his offsider for their install and work ethic. I am very pleased with the final result and the efficiency on which they communicated, answering all my questions and completed the installation. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally with great care and fair pricing. The service exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend them to anyone.
Josh is a great communicator and very organised which goes a long way to helping both my clients and I with electrical repairs and upgrades.
We have a split level home on the central coast and needed a full ducted system up stairs and a wall mounted systems downstairs with two Mitsubishi a/c motors. Josh was very professional from our initial contact to completion. Just Chill’s pricing was more than competitive, their installation plus attention to detail was faultless and both systems were installed in one day. The system can be adjusted to suit each room and operated remotely. Josh was on site directing the operation and also took the time to explain how to operate the systems totally. We have had a few hot days since with both systems performing perfectly and our family is comfortable. I would totally recommend Just Chill for any similar situation. Thank you
.On time good communication. A very neat and well finished job would definitely recommend
Josh was very professional and friendly and had lots of patience with my chopping and changing between brands and number of systems. Very happy with job and would highly recommend Just Chill - Josh and his team to family and friends
