I had written off my car and was in a rush for another one. I got jerked around by so many car dealerships until I came across our car autos. I found a car online I was interested in, it was 6:45 at night and I called and spoke to Ryan who was absolutely amazing. He offered to drive from maddington to me in the rain just so I could view the car and take the stress out of me trying to find a way to get there. He and Joey came and within 30 minutes I had purchased the car. I have never had such amazing genuine service and I cannot recommend them enough! By far the best car yard I have ever come across. As someone who has worked in the industry for 15+ years, I can honestly say that Merv is one of the most honest and respected gentlemen that you will find.

Any negative reviews that you will see fell when Merv had to take some time away from the business and the two people that he entrusted to run things decided to operate the business in a manner that was not aligned with the morals that Merv preached and follows to this day.

Have a close look at the other reviews and you'll see that Merv has gone out of his way to try and rectify any issues that arose during this time. This is not something that most dealers would even entertain.

I recently had dealings with Ryan and Joey while purchasing a car here, I must say I have never experience anything like this and was very unhappy with my dealings with these two men. Without going into details about it Merv and Allan have done all they can to rectify my problems as these men no longer work there. Fast forward to now myself and my wife are very happy with our recent purchase of a 2013 Mazda CX-5 they both have gone above and beyond and has restored my faith in Car dealership dealings. We upgraded from our recent purchase and we’re given a 3 year warranty and 1 year road side assistance with a logbook service. He is very dodgy & the car I was buying went from a check engine light to not even idling when I complained about the check engine light. Merv has restored my faith in used car dealers.
