My partner and i broke down in our van just outside of Grafton, had never been to the town and called every mechanic for help and Steve was able to help us in such short notice. we dropped the van off that night and he got it in driving condition the next day with a detailed report of what needs to be fixed once we get it home. very grateful for their care and efficiency!!

Linda and Ivan have an incredible wealth of knowledge when it comes to most, if not all animals. They have a great range of products (..did I mention they are super friendly too??) There's really no point in going anywhere else!

My phone wasn't charging or working and after going to 3 different mobile repair shops, being charged $300+ for a new battery, new screen nothing was working so i bought a new phone. All shops said it was impossible to transfer my stuff unless i paid $150 to fix the charging port. I called Dean, he had a look at my old phone, cleaned the phones charger port and it was working brand new. He then transferred all my stuff to my new phone. Cannot recommend him enough
