Cant recommends these guys highly enough. Came out super quickly for a job on a heatpump that was supposedly shorting out according to my tennant's. Investigation revealed unit in great working order for age, will do further testing if problem persists. But full Investigation carried out at the time and I was happy with this. Super professional, easy to deal with and did not rip me off. Will 100% do repeat business.

The HIB team did a sterling job on our solar/battery/EV charger combined installation. We sought five quotes from solar majors and electricians and HIB stood out as our preferred installer. Sam was knowledgeable, no nonsense and didn’t hide behind a laptop, preferring instead to talk me through the process and options and answering my newbie questions in detail. The pricing was sharp and after investigating the Goodwe product line further we selected HIB for the job. The team showed up as planned and the installation of 28 panels with a 24kWh battery and meter box upgrade was completed in just under one and a half days on our 60s weatherboard and iron house. Everything looks neat and tidy, even in the loft. It was a disappointment that the charger took several weeks longer to arrive but this was a Goodwe supplier issue and not HIB, and anyway, Emelia kept us informed of progress. We’ve been up and running for three months now and very happy with the outcomes. When we did have a self-inflicted support issue it was resolved quickly and accurately. Thank you HIB for a pleasant experience. For all new owners I strongly recommend you get to understand your new system early on. Learn how to set up, manage and use it effectively to maximise the benefits. Remember, the TOU Working Mode is your friend! Cheers.
