My Import Move Manager, Derek, kept me updated throughout the import process. Every email was detailed and clearly explained what I needed to prepare. The delivery staff—Roni, Denis, and Jason—were polite and experienced. Overall, a very good moving experience.

My local move in Sydney was handled expertly by all those I had contact with at Palmers. The removalists were professional, efficient, and at the same time calm and thoughtful. I would choose Palmer’s again in the future.

We relocated from the UK for the 2nd time to Australia after living overseas for nearly 7 years .Our UK relocation company assured us we were in good hands with Greg Palmer of Palmers Removals as we had many contents of different shapes and sizes and value .Christian and Juan were amazing and nothing was too much trouble, everything was placed where we advised, they unpacked what we wanted and Paul and I found them most courteous and communicative, they advised if we were not happy with furniture positioned they would move until we were satisfied. We have lived all over the world and relocating can have its problems, we waited quite some unexpected time for our possessions to be delivered but operations kept us up to date with customs and quarantine procedures...so yes, I would reccomend if looking to relocate,if we ever choose to move in Melbourne we would definately use this company again....

We moved from overseas back home 6 years ago, Palmers were our local relocation rep in Australia. We are now moving overseas again for work and they sent Hemi and Sammy to pack up our personal effects. They are really a A Team. Long hard working hours, dealing with our weird massage chair trying to fit them all in the container... They are amazing. I hope their services to the other end will be as good as this end.
