Perfect accommodation for the nearby mine as they supply early breakfast, packed lunch and dinner

Graet food but did not expect for the food to be served on paper plates and coffee in take away container while eating in the restaurant and then having to place all your utensils, left overs and cutlery in different containers on your way out.

Rick was very accomodating, attentive and thorough while working out the plans for a remodelling of some jewellery I had into a ring. To say I am over the moon would be an understatement. Ricks work is beautiful, timely and has encased some treasured memories into a gorgeous ring. Thank you.

stopped here while on a day trip in the area, had a delicious coffee. Cannot sing enough praises for the pork and mushroom in cider sauce pie, it was divine - Beautiful flaky gold pastry, big pieces of tender pork in a well seasoned sauce. Also enjoyed the Mars bar slice.

Very nice place, the first time we walk in the Chalet I already felt relaxed. ☺ The animals were very cute and friendly. Julie and Dave were very good host. They always make sure that we were comfortable and always checks in if we need anything. Would definitely come back another time. It's so good to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. As said from the previous reviews the place was very clean and bed was very comfortable. It's very hard to get up in the morning. 😅

If you are looking for a place to stay, I would defitnitely recommend this place. You can help Julie and Dave take better care of the Animals if you support their Chalet.

you have to expect to pay a little more out in the bush but definatly worth the unbeatable customer service- like the good old days, always leave here brighter

what a beautiful experience. the one stop shop for anything- well almost. great food and the best bubbly genuine service that isn't seen much these days. a hidden gem here!!!
