Emergency call-out for burst pipe. Prompt & communicative. Cost for emergency call-out expensive, but labour costs ok.

Jim-Bob, the young man who serviced our toilet, knew what he was doing, and efficiently updated me on his work. They may not be supermodels, but i’ll take a PPP plumber any day, when you need your faulty works made right.

Great service in a moment of crisis.

I woke up one morning to discover that a flexi pipe had burst. Water was streaming from the bathroom and had already covered much of the house. Problem was, I had no idea where the water mains were. A burst pipe makes a tremendous amount of noise and my 10 year old was increasingly hysterical. I remembered Peter's name because he had done work for my family 20 years ago and so made a call. He facetimed me to look for the mains (off in a side cupboard), stopped the gushing water, helped calm the panic child and then walked me though what I needed to do to resolve the issue. Extraordinary service!

Needed attendance sooner rather than later for a water leak in my shower. Same day service, polite and well mannered, job fixed within 10 minutes. Will use again.

Feedback on Kay who attended our gas leak job early August. He rang and advised arrival time, once the job was explained confirmed pricing up front. It was clearly explained what Kay was going to do to fix the leak, turn off the gas, removed the bayonet, reseal and reattach.

Another old style bayonet was removed and a new one installed, though the connection inside once the bayonet was removed from the wall needed another piece, so had to make a 2nd trip to the supplier, which was done quickly.

The work area was swept and left clean.

Gas supply returned, heater tested and gas hot water pilot restarted.

Very friendly and polite.

I have had a few Plumming company out to fix our porch roof that continued leak quite badly. Unfortunately none of them were able to fix this problem.

I spoke to Peter the company’s owner and

explained the nightmare we were having.

When his men came out they explained the problem,we did not have enough down pipes. There was also some other work that needed to be done. I am very happy with all the work that has been carried out,and at last solve the problem.Also the costing was very fair.
