My wife and I live in Europe but Alishia has made the process of renovating our Melbourne home from the other side of the world super easy: from design to approval to the final build, which is ongoing as I write! From the outset, Alishia impressed us with her personable manner, communications and responsiveness. Her design ideas were creative and with a keen eye for detail. I do not write many reviews, but I feel compelled to share the amazing skill and effort of Minett Studios. Their commitment to excellence is only surpassed by their dedication to making their clients’ dreams a reality.

We purchased a property in bayside the end of 2019 with the intent of doing a renovation. Little did we know that our mid-sized renovation would turn into an almost complete rebuild in the middle of a pandemic, which would result in our dream home.

I had a couple of people recommend Alishia Minett to me and I am so thankful I took their recommendation and met with her. From the moment we met, I could tell she was different from the other architects we had met with. She understood that a house not only needed to be beautiful, but it also needed to be functional, and she definitely understands both. We came to her with many ideas and she was able to see our vision and incorporate them into a beautifully flowing floor plan. When she added her concept drawings, we could see that her background as a designer would be an enormous asset. The fact that we had a designer and architect in one person was not only a cost savings, but also made things more streamlined and much easier to make decisions.

Anyone who has built a house knows it’s never an easy process, but Alishia did everything possible to make it an enjoyable experience. She was able to be a calming voice when anything became stressful and was good at offering alternatives when changes needed to be made because of supply shortages, etc. There were many abnormal circumstances because of the environment of building during a pandemic and she remained calm and steady throughout the entire process.

We could not be more happy with our house because it is more than a house, it is a home. It is lovely to look at, but more importantly, it lives perfectly for our family. Alishia took our ideas and created more than we could have ever hoped for. We look forward to working with Minett Studios again.

Work was done in very timely fashion, any issue were address promptly and overall finished product is fantastic.

They handled everything from booking other trades, to organising any last minute fittings and keeping the area clean.

They have the most efficient team!!! They were fast efficient neat and have amazing knowledge !!! They took all the pressure from me and handled everything so well !! I would highly recommend them for any work!! I am a dental clinic and these plumbers are very knowledgeable !!

Getting these guys in to replace the roof correctly as the last roofers didn’t do a good job on time good communication skills what more can I say 5/5 stars ⭐️

Had a leaking tap replaced and drain unblocked. Josh was on time, answered all our questions and did a great job! Would highly recommend.

Having dealt with rude and unprofessional plumbers in the past, Watermaster Plumbing Solutions was a breath of fresh air (or water!). Josie was quick to respond and very accommodating to ensure that I would receive immediate service. Josh was very friendly and got the job done efficiently. I would highly recommend Watermaster for any plumbing issues.

Watermaster Plumbers completed a difficult 2nd story gutter replacement very efficiently and professionally. I would strongly recommend them.

High 5 to Josh who came to investigate a garage roof water leak. He cleaned out the garage gutter, applied silicone to screw holes and other outlets in a matter of no time. The cost was very reasonable and we will always use Watermaster for all of our plumbing needs.

Absolute five stars. Coffee was really amazing, and the staff were fabulous. I'd only intended to get a coffee there, but the food looked really good, and I ended up staying for lunch. Cannot recommend enough; food and coffee came out super fast and tasted great.

Very happy with the fences. Andrew and Jess were both so helpful and easy to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them and will no doubt be calling upon them in the future. Thanks again

Delicious place, really friendly staff and good service. Asian fusion breakfast.

An interesting artistic touch on how to present corn frittes. Instead of pancake-like they are served like small balls. If you want to park you need to do it from the back but not such a big inconvenience. I definitely recommend this place for brunch.
