Extremely professional, genuine service. I had Bernard come visit my house (all the way in the hills) only to advise my Piano is old, found a few hidden cracks in the frame and was not worth getting it tuned. Anyone could have taken our money and temporarily tuned it, however Bernard was genuine and honest enough to give us the best advice for our Piano and didn't charge us a cent. Great bloke to talk to also, who was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy.
