Peter and his team completed a complex task of removing an old solar hot water system from a Decramastic roof and installing a new electric hot water system. They did an excellent job.

Unfortunately we didn’t have a straight forward plumbing issue and he kept monitoring the problem over the next few days. When does three-phase make sense. You are installing a 22kW EV charger. You have ducted reverse-cycle aircon over 15kW. You run two EVs sharing one charger overnight. You run a workshop, dental practice or commercial kitchen.
When to skip three-phase. You only have one 7kW EV charger and one EV. Your peak winter load stays under 50 amps. Your current switchboard has spare capacity.

The on-site work is one full day, 8am to around 4pm. Total elapsed time from initial photo enquiry to final compliance certificate in your inbox is 5 to 10 days for single-phase residential upgrades. Three-phase upgrades take 7 to 14 days.
Day 0 is the photo enquiry. Day 1 fixed price quote. Day 2 to 4 Energex EWR lodgement. Day 5 to 8 the on-site upgrade. Day 9 to 10 Electrical Safety Certificate lodged with the Queensland ESO.
