I came across the Vertical Garden World showroom and was amazed to see the onsite displays of the beautiful wall gardens and examples of the plants that would be used. John and Denise visited my home and went through how the garden would be installed and quoted on the spot. Arrived promptly on the day of installation and completed all works within the day, was amazed! We loved the garden wall so much we added another one. John and Denise are two beautiful people and were a delight to work with on my front court yard project. As you can see from the pictures, John and Denise turned the tired plain fence from drab to a tropical lusciousness. John and his working partner were professional, polite and tidy during the install. It was all done within a few hours! A full month on and I haven't had to do a single thing, the plants are all thriving.

Vertical Garden World installed a beautiful new vertical garden on my front verandah a few days ago.

This company is a modern rarity in its amazing commitment to customer service. I made an online enquiry between Xmas and New Year and voila less than 3 weeks later I have a veritable work of art at the front entrance to my home. John gave me a precise quote on the spot at first visit which was reasonable, and had a mock up at his greenhouse ready to inspect a few days later. He chose all the plants based on a few general suggestions as to my preference in types of plants and the suitability given the position of the wall. He explained the installation and irrigation process thoroughly. He confirmed timing and stuck to it. I’m hard to impress but I certainly am impressed with VGW.

Just bought the best fitting jeans for my teenager, made possible by the AMAZING service by Kayla. Kayla picked the right colour, fit & length, we would never have known where to start. Well done US team, bringing customer service back to retail store shopping.

I hate buying jeans!! Dread it!! Thankfully was served by Kayla who was incredible. The first pair of jeans she gave me were spot on and made my experience so easy. This girl knows her denim!!
