Phoenix mobile were professional & thorough with our car detail. Our VW Tiguan was given a new lease on life, spotlessly clean & the cut & polish removed many years of wear on the gelcoat. The interior was fresh, leather seats treated & plastics bright & shiny once again. William gave really good advice with regards to ceramic coatings & the high quality paint prep required. I appreciated his transparency with this - as many detailers are offering these coatings when the original paintwork is not at the required standard. William explained that coating without 4-stage cut & polish and having stone chips etc professionally repaired by a spray painted, the ceramic coating would highlight existing blemishes / scratches and look poor on the vehicle (along with no longevity). This advice was appreciated & ultimately was the reason we chose Pheonix to detail the car. The honest feedback gave us confidence that we would receive a quality detail, and this was definitely the case. I'd recommend Pheonix to anyone else looking & we will use them for our ceramic coating for the next new car we purchase.

Dropped off a 75 series land cruiser drivers seat to get re upholstered, they recovered and re foamed the seat, an excellent job, at a very competitive price, highly recommended

Very happy with the service. Kevin answered his phone, even as he was coming out from shoulder surgery on a Tuesday. Kudos to Kev answering the phone. The amount of businesses that don't get back to you, with no follow up is disgraceful.

He said to call him later in the week. Went there on Thursday, he had a look at the seats. To get them full reupholstered would have cost 3 to 4K.

To my good luck, his leather painting contractor Phil, was there at the time.

He had a look at the seats, said worse case 5 to 6 hours to, blend paint colour, clean, fill, smooth and repaint leather seats. $500 to $600

Booked in the following Wednesday (I think I was quite lucky getting in so soon).

I am so pleased with the job that Phil did it has changed the car.

Highly recommend Horgans Auto Upholstery. I saw some seats that were reupholstered and their workmanship is top quality.

William did an incredible job detailing my fiancés car. He fit me in the very next day and for an extremely affordable price- best on the market. He spent around 3 hours meticulously going over every scratch and blemish and removed 99% of them. Also such a kind guy that’s easy to talk to and explains the process perfectly. 110% recommend him for any job you may need!!!
