Melih is very friendly and helpful, and he gave my wife and I great advice on how to choose the best options for my budget and style. Melih was very patient with us and went above and beyond to help us whilst we visited the showroom multiple times. The showroom itself is spacious and well-organised. I highly recommend Builders Express in Prospect.

He was there from the start when I placed my order and when I had trouble with the shipping company he followed through to the end to try resolve the issue. Had to replace the K-frame for a Victorian rwc and yet it passed a N.S.W E-safety check report.

I asked for these costs to be paid by them and to his credit did contribute about 50%.

Wouldn't buy again from here though, but that's my very short story.
