Had a much needed massage with Nicole today. Excellent experience. Totally relaxed.

I had a 1.5hr remedial treatment with Nicole and it was pure bliss. Nicole has excellent knowledge working with patients who have chronic pain and other conditions. I do recommend that you book in to see her for a remedial massage and you will feel better than you did before you arrived.

Great swimming center with spa and slide

Well equipped and very calm on Wednesday morning.

I like going here to use the sauna and steam room, but sadly they're restricting people to just two to use the sauna, spa, and steam room. Because of the fake covid.

So many staff members - doing zero . Front counter staff was crowded and all ineffective

Weight equipment - not great , but not bad either

No basic Pec Dec (the basic most.effective chest exercise ) .

Not covered in mirrors - very good

I tried entering with my fitness passport and the vast number of staff couldn’t get it to work and wanted $20 cash . I instructed them how to fix it and was eventually allowed entry !!! Phew !!! The countless number of counter staff just didn’t seem to care . They were busy doing “nothing “

There are more staff than users at this time . Owned by Hurstville council ??? If so, this place needs an efficiency expert . The number of staff standing / sitting doing nothing was beyond a joke . And I went during weekday lunch time .

Rate payers of Hurstville need to ask questions - this place is just a white elephant money pit . It can run on half the staff they use .

The pool was basically empty, but had done kids. The water slide was closed ... Why ???

The public music played had rap music littered with F$ck and the “N” word . Very family friendly (not)

Staff one star - the gym equipment three stars

The gym is just above average , but a lot better than Menai fitness first

I called and checked whether you have warm pool for childrens.It is cold

Love the friendly food court ladies.

Great place and personnel

I've been critical of the cleanliness of this centre in the past, especially the toilet and change facilities. The centre has recently reopened after a long closure through Covid and renovation process. Things have improved but I'm interested to see how the facilities are maintained longer term.

Joining this swimming pool and sports one-year membership place for the first time, joining the mechanical sports has an arrangement to instruct the coach, my coach is a young lady named Ariani Sugiarta,she is verykind and very careful guidance,she is police enough to give me confidence,arranged for me There is progress and all employees are kind,sol give them 5 stars。

Nice pool not so big pretty crowded

Great place to swim the staf was rood when asked to open the new sliding doors to be able to get to the lockers and change with the cold weather wasn't the best reaction that was expected. When she said you need to dry off first. What this is not a swim center

Great equipment, with excellent lockers and change room facilities. Even the car park is beautiful. The STAFF are fantastic...knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.

Great friendly and understanding staff, all show professionalism and well trained in their departments. Cafe food and coffee is amazing and fresh.

Modern and clean 25m pool (not super chlorinated which is nice). No 50m pool which is a shame though. Spa and sauna are closed due to covid which is understandable.

I have been here for many years now.

Always enjoyable and feel amazing when I left!
