In 6 hours Mitch put together my laundry cabinet and installed it, cut in the sink and plumbed it, installed my washer/dryer, fitted out my 2 bathrooms (including putting vanities together) and cut in and plumbed my kitchen sink. She is so passionate about birth, and is also very approachable, allowing women and their partners to feel at ease to ask questions and actively participate in the program. Anne provided my partner with knowledge and tools so that he had the confidence to empower and support me throughout my labour and birth. We had an incredible birthing experience and thoroughly recommend this program.

We took Anne’s class prior to having our firstborn and cannot recommend it enough! We had the most amazing and calm birth 😌

Learning about what to expect and how to manage the different stages of labour and birth was the best way we could’ve prepared and it was so easy to implement the things we learned without putting much thought into it at the time.
