This was my first time at the Auto wash. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful! 10/10 for customer service!

Yeah, good wash but we have a 4WD with a solid aerial on the front. Machinery didn't go over the aerial, just bent it back over the bonnet and snapped off the top of the aerial. Granted a sign says to remove all aerials, but ours can't be undone without an Allan Key, had a car pull in behind me, so could not back out. Been through lot of car washes, never had this problem before. As a local, I would have thought that, with the number of 4WD in Ingham, this problem would not exist, but it does, so won't be going back through the auto wash again. Will probably wait till we go to Townsville to have the car washed in future.

By far the best service I have ever had at a car wash. Travelling from Melbourne with our caravan and both guys there couldn’t do enough for us.! Just friendly, genuine and generous guys.! If I could give 10 stars I would. We will definitely be back on our way back down from the tip to wash off the red dust!

If i'm honest and I do use these types of services often...Good, but chemicals and product quality are piss poor! Spent 15 bucks and the extetoir finish wasn't great!
