I have unfortunately had a mixed experience with Jason. I employed him to fix windows that were not closing in my house and he gave me a fair quote and got the job done quickly. He seems like a very nice person. But he and his assistant left scratches all over the walls under the windows. I managed to get most of them out with a magic eraser, but some will have to be sanded and painted over again. Another issue is that I found that two of the windows still don't close properly. I contacted Jason to ask if he could come back to fix them. He replied stating that he could but would have to charge an hourly rate. When I noted that it should be part of the original quote as the windows were not properly fixed in the first place, he ghosted me. I tried to follow up but have not received a reply still several weeks later. I'm disappointed as I didn't want to have to write a negative review and did want to give him a chance to fix the issues. But I don't really have any other option now. I'm sorry we couldn't come to an agreement and I do wish him all the best. But I will not be using his services again.

We had our front stairs replaced. Jason and his team delivered exceptional quality and were very professional. He exceeded my expectations. It is rare these days to have a tradesman turn up on time if at all but Jason is very reliable. I highly recommend and we will be using Jason again for any other work we may require in the future.

Jason was quick to respond and give us a quote on two jobs. He then repaired our balcony and fItted a handrail on our stairs. His workmanship is superb and his prices fair. Jason arrives on time.and finishes his jobs professionally.

Jason recently installed new skirting boards in my lounge, dining, kitchen and hallway. I couldn't be any happier with the quality of his work and the price was fair too. I will definitely use him again!

We were new to the area and wanted to install a rather sizeable timber deck ( as well as a concrete ramp for wheelchair access to the garden ) over two existing concrete patios ( not a straight forward project to undertake ) The day we met Jason we could tell he was very knowledgeable and particular. Before he even started onsite we had photos of the timber after it had been primed and given its first coat of paint. The job took two weeks to complete, he turned up bright and early every day and even came prepared with his big outdoor fan and tarp for the stinking hot days. He has transformed a rather useless area into a very practical and useful space exactly how we wanted it. His workmanship and attention to detail is exceptional and it was a pleasure having Jason in our home. His only one request " keep him supplied with coffee ". We would highly recommend Jason for any job that needed to be done. J & D
