Pretty!

We were told "It's just a pool" (skip it) but I'm so glad we didn't listen!

Only detraction was the quality of those toilets - I won't go into detail but people need to look after them better! Going in the bush is preferable to the scene in the toilets 😑

The lake, bridge and waterful are gorgeous, and the bench is a perfect little spot to have a picnic.

Beautiful spot it would be amazing in summer. We just stopped to strech our legs and have a look but will definitely be back to visit again. Has plenty of camping spots and a really cool swimming hole.

Amazing…Steven is simply amazing. One of the nicest guys you could ever meet and we wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to perform our ceremony for us. He made us feel comfortable and he knew exactly what vibe we were after and it was perfect. Thank you Steven for helping make our day wonderful 10/10 ❤️

Love the cheese love to reception.

Hidden gem. Beautiful view and surroundings. One of the best cheese, of course because of its quality you have to pay a little more, but worth it. Dogs not allowed, must stay in vehicle.

Awesome swimming hole

We have just stayed a week in the Bush Cottage. The cottage was so well equiped it came as a big surprise, everything you needed was there and more ! It was also very comfortable and the Webber was a bonus . The cheese was most enjoyable and we ate far too much ! Our hosts were so friendly and helpful too and we were permitted to stroke the animals and watch the sheep being milked. The weather was 40%c so we were very happy to find a split system in the house too. Can thoroughly recommend for anyone seeking peace & quiet to relax

Really got an experience of that small town hospitality.

Whenever we pass by we stop in for a cheese treat, taking 2 or 3 varieties with us. The people there are always helpful and friendly, and there is always something welcoming about the surroundings. If they had a coffee machine, and tables to sit at, it would be perfect.

Great place for a swim and kayak or SUP. Beautiful walk trails also.

It was great having Steven as our celebrant. He has attention to detail. He made us relax our nerves on the day. I would recommend Steven 100%.

A family run cheese shop specialising in sheep's milk cheese. Well worth a visit. The blue cheese is excellent

Add into your trip for a peaceful relaxing break. Easy access, well marked just off the beaten track. Tight manoeuvring for towed camper units or oversize trailers.

We LOVED having Steven as our celebrant. He was so professional, bright, thoughful and easy-going. What stood out to us about him was that he had a great sense of humour, spoke in such a genuine way, and was incredibly professional the whole way through. He put so much thought and care into forming our ceremony which we appreciated so much, even down to asking us what colour themes we were using so he complement with his outfit too! We had SO MANY people tell us how much they loved Steven and the emotion he brought out in everyone with the way he transformed our story into such a beautiful ceremony.

We feel so lucky we got to have Steven as our celebrant and certainly wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend him!!
