Trevor professional and helpful from the outset, was very communicative on the process before Sam came out and advised how it would work and approx costs. Sam arrived and he was very thorough and conscious to not waste time. He was friendly and knowledgeable and gave us options once he found the leak. Definitely will use again and can highly recommend.

Trevor was at all times friendly and professional. He asked many questions and on arrival was able to detect the leak within 2 minutes. He fixed this promptly and then after a few more questions jumped into the pool and found another leak.

Trevor was very professional in his approach to our pool leak detection. He fully described all steps of the detection from low to high priority to minimise time and costs. Our fault ended up being a faulty Hydrostatic valve. Trevor explained that these values should be replaced every 5-7 years. (Something the pool manufacturers fail to tell its customers) would fully recommend Trevor for any leak detection and repairs.

Once I spoke with Trevor for a few minutes I realized I had found the right person to find and fix our leak.

He was very knowledgeable and willing to provide advice over the phone, which a lot of companies don't do. He is a very honest business man who values his customers.

Although he had a busy schedule he did not hesitate to come out on time and within a couple of days. He spent some time with me explaining what he was doing and how to detect the leak, and then ended up finding and fixing within a 1.5 hours.

Trevor and Sam came to our place on a Saturday morning to fix a leak in our pool.

Sam's turn to go into the pool (had a very good wet suite) and they fixed it.
