Sean and apprentice Nathan did an amazing job unblocking a toilet pipe overgrown with metres of tree roots (see photo).

They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Sean even returned after payment to put finishing touches on the job and make sure the concreting around the pipe looked tidy. In addition, the price was very competitive.

Dave was very happy to come and fix our plumbing issue that same day we called him! This is super important when you need a plumber straight away.

Our old hot water system broke down and we needed it replaced fast, it was winter and we didn't like the prospect of having to take cold showers.

I called David in the morning and asked for a quote to replace and remove our old system. Dave said he could come over and replace the system in two days time, but in the mean time he could come around immediately and plumb into place a temporary portable hot water system until the new system arrived.

We were working that day so would not be home but Dave was able to make it out to our place install the temporary system and by the time we got home from work we had hot water and more importantly a hot shower to come home to, now that's what I call service!

In the following days Dave sourced the hot water system that he recommended for our family size, came over and installed it.

I found David to be very professional and knowledgeable when it came to helping us choose a hot water system to meet our needs and budget. The workmanship on the plumbing was excellent, actually it was neater then the work done on our old heat pump system when the home was first built.
