We have had a major ongoing issue with our Alfresco roof leaking and previous attempts to fix it by another plumber/roofing company failed due to poor workmanship and a bandaid fix. Chris fixed the issue with a roof leak caused by cracked/damaged tiles and sourced replacement tiles promptly. Chris also noted a few other issues around the exterior of the house that I wasn't aware of (not roofing related).
