I called Darren after an old tap began to fail and I had to turn my water mains off to avoid catastrophy. He was around within the hour, fixed the issue and all for a great price. I'd call him again and reccomend him to friends.

I rang Darren at Bassett Plumbing last month because of a burst water pipe in my front yard. He made his way to my house within 20 minutes to quote a very fair and reasonable price for the work. Then with the time he had between jobs on that same day, he made the repair so we could have water to the house again.

Darren is a local hero, and he is the guy I'll be calling from now on if I ever need a plumber! An absolute professional, knowledgeable plumber and a great bloke!

Zac is a life saver! Tried all day to find someone who would repair our hot water service and Zac came to our rescue at 6pm on a Friday. We are stuck in isolation, so he had to go over a fence so as not to go through the house. Friendly, professional service at a reasonable price. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Zac responded within a day to an urgent drain blockage that we had effecting our shower and bath. Although he was very busy that day, he attended out of business hours and kept me updated as to his time of arrival. He investigated the house’s drainage/sewerage system carefully before attempting to unblock the drain, which was successful. He was polite and helpful and returned within a week to repair an non urgent toilet issue. I would have no hesitation in recommending Zac’s services.

Zac came and sorted out our heating unit duct, he was professional and honest. He had the issue sorted quickly and was very helpful. Would happily recommend him, this is the second time we have used him and we have been extremely happy with his service on both occasions. Trustworthy and reliable.

Zac and Ofek fixed and sorted out several difficult sewer and stormwater plumbing problems we had that were associated with an old plumbing layout. The final layout is very clean, looks nice and tidy and works (no more flooding of the garage). They did a wonderful job.

PS Zac also installed a modern heater which is much more efficient, quieter and cheaper to run than our old unit.
