Jonathan and his team and extremely reliable and efficient. I've used Jonathan on a few different jobs and his work is neat and tries to make anything and everything work. Is able to problem and was able to research more ideas to assist in fixing a vibration sound from a sump pump.

Jonathon was quick to respond to my enquiry. He came at the time stated for both the quote and the job. He was personable. He worked methodically with his apprentice to get the job done efficiently. His work was great (it rained after the guttering was repaired- no leeks 👍). The site was cleaned up. He offered sound and practical advice. The price was good value for money. Highly recommend.

Johnathan and his team have literally helped us with every single plumbing situation I could imagine and could not have imagined lol. They are friendly, very professional and do a really great job. We had a new bathroom install and they attached the vanity as part of that service and everything was done really well. We also had a serious clog and they came to our house after already a long day, which turned out was more serious than expected and they had to come back the next day, and they pulled out the biggest thickest tree roots from a main pipe I’d ever seen in my life! In the past, I had to deal with an unpleasant plumber where everything seemed to be a problem and too hard, and more expensive than the work was worth and as though I was the one inconveniencing him. Well, these guys are just the opposite. They are reasonable on price, very friendly, easy to work with, and very professional. They’ll take care of you. I've been to heartwest 4 times in the past 2 months. Jasmine on reception is just beautiful, she sorted things out for me, when there was a lapse of communication between heartwest and another specialist Dr. I was quite distressed re this situation at the time, but Jasmine, with her calm demeanor and professionalism, was able to help me relax, before seeing Dr Deepak Haikerwal.

Dr Haikerwal is a gentleman, kind and actually really cares for his pts. He explained everything to me and my husband, making things not as bad as I had imagined. In a nutshell, I was very impressed with my treatment at heartwest, and follow up visits in western private and back at heartwest..
