Karl was an amazing person who was able to assist and educate us how to get into our home. He made the process seamless and a relaxed experience and was there every step of the way. Needless to say we are in our home and now looking to use Karl again for our next property.

The water was backing up in our toilet, water was over flowing in our shower, i can here a gargling sound in the bathroom. I got in contact with Richard and he came and sorted it out on the same day, which i was surprised.

Cleared the blockage, found out roots where causing the issue. We had a good chat while he was working, absolute nice bloke.

He was professional and efficient. Worth every penny. I would highly recommend RE quality plumbing.
