Hanley Browne Plumbing replaced a sink in the ensuite and updated various taps within the house. Friendly, prompt, reliable service was had. Cleaned up after completing the task.

I would just like to say that I required plumbing service this week and I remembered I had seen a sign on a fence in Webster Road, Stafford Heights on the left just before the Princess Charles Hospital. It was called Hanley Browne Plumbing. I liked the name straight away. I remember thinking, ‘take that number and save it in your phone’ and I did precisely that.

All I can say is thank goodness I did as I ended up needing some plumbing done ASAP.

When I rang the number a very nice sounding friendly voice answered, Hanley Browne Plumbing, Michael speaking. I knew straight away I would receive good service. I explained my situation to Michael and asked if it was possible for him to come and give me a quote in the next day or so, thinking he’s would not be able to do it before that like a lot of other people I have required for other services.

Michael said, ‘I can be there a bit later today if that's ok’. I nearly collapsed. I was so excited that someone actually wanted to be off help. I sent Michael my address details and be came back within a couple of minutes and said he would be there in 15 to 20 minutes … and he was.

He checked out the jobs I needed doing and gave me a quote with I was very happy with and then he said, ‘I can go and get the parts and come back and do the job for you if you wish’. He was gone around 10 or so minutes and came back with the parts and the job was completed to perfection.

What more can I say? I was treated with respect, Michael is very well mannered, did not waste time and did the job to perfection.

I highly recommend Hanley Browne Plumbing and have two more jobs I require to be carried out and will definitely be contacting Michael.

We got Mike to install new drainage to move water from down pipes to pit in the back years to prevent water seepage into brickwork of house.
