The job was to install ducted kitchen rangehood, install gas stove, install kitchen sink & pipe work in new kitchen, install dishwasher, and full replacement of bathroom taps. I emailed for a quote via their website on a Saturday, not expecting to get a reply (ever) but promptly on Saturday arvo, I had a response and was able to move along with my job.
