Great service, punctual, and efficient. Very happy!
I had some issues with my Rinnai heater which I used a few times last year and 3 times this year before it stopped working. The heater was still under warranty. I couldn't keep the first appointment and could not contact the company but they were very gracious when I explained my situation.
I had Owen come out who was very professional, and personable and explained what the issue was. He advised me he would need to order a part and when the part came in, I would be informed.
It was only a week's wait and Owen came out again and fixed my heater. (He worked within my schedule as I work from home each Friday). Again, excellent service and was very personable. I would hope that he is an asset to the company as he did an outstanding job not only interacting with me but fixing my heater.
I would like to also praise all the staff who sent texts, emails and kept me informed. This company is run like a well-oiled machine. Thank you for assisting me in such a timely manner and you are all highly recommended.

Great physio. Alison was an absolute life saver, helping me with my recent hip/ back pain while pregnant. Alison was able to reduce the pain and provided exercises to build up the muscle strength.
Alison was very thorough in her diagnosis and treatment of my calf problem. Her acute treatment in the clinic was excellent as was her instructions of my at home exercises and self care which made a big difference to my recovery.
I found the clinic to be friendly and professional.

Absolutely amazing Physio and Team. Mark is so receptive to every patients needs, explaining the injury in-depth while also create a plan to solve any lasting issues. Gabby on the front desk is always incredibly polite and happy to help. Great clinic with great people. If you want the right physio, this is it!
