I am overjoyed with my experience, my lounge looks incredible compared to the dirty/stained condition it was in. My whole house smelled lovely by the end of the day, they put a coating on my lounge to help repel future spills and when I tell you my son spilled bbq sauce on it the next day and it wiped off without leaving a mark I'm serious! Incredible!! Will use again in the future for carpets and rugs!
