From the inital contact throught to the post installation Mr Loo was professional, courteous and communative; being more than happy to explain the what and why of what was happening. Highly recommend and I have keep his number as he will be my go to plumber from now on.

Had a toilet replaced by Ludo. There was a hiccup (no fault of his own) which meant he had to come twice in the same day even though he was really busy before Christmas and he was more Han happy to do it. Nice guy and knew what he was doing. Definitely the kind of guy/business that deserves support

We recently bought our house and as we were getting ready to move in we realised that the property had all the plumbing issues that you can think of, such as, obstructed pipes in the toilets, leaking issues in the bathrooms and blocked gutter down pipes.

Mr. Loo came to the rescue. Ludo provided advise on the best and most cost-efficient way to tackle each problem. He was very transparent with the cost of materials vs. labour hours and did an outstanding job!. We highly recommend him and we will definitely contact him for any future work required in our house.

Ludo was a pleasure to work with - he installed a new bathroom vanity for us, connected the fridge and relocated our outdoor tap. His communication was great and he was able to do the work quickly. Will definitely use him again.
