A few days ago we headed out to the Plumbing Supplies Co-Op Trade Show and caught up with plenty of great people from across the industry.

Always good getting off the tools for a few hours, checking out the latest products, seeing what’s new in the plumbing world and catching up with fellow plumbers who are all working hard to build great businesses.

The plumbing industry is a tight-knit community and events like this are a great reminder that you’re never too experienced to learn something new.

Big thanks to the Plumbing Supplies Co-Op team for putting on another great event.

Now it’s back to blocked drains, hot water systems and keeping Penrith flowing.

4 years ago I walked into BNI not knowing where it would take me.

Today, I’ve built lifelong friendships, great business relationships and received opportunities that have helped grow Penrith City Plumbing Services into what it is today.

Networking isn’t about collecting business cards. It’s about building trust, showing up consistently and helping others succeed.

Grateful for every referral, every coffee catch-up, every 121 and every member who has supported us along the way.

Here’s to the next chapter’s

POV: your plumber disappears under the house for “5 minutes” and comes back looking like he’s fought in Vietnam 😂

Tight access, mud everywhere and about 3mm between the pipe and my face… but the leak’s repaired and the water’s back on 💧

Not every plumbing job is pretty.

People see the finished job.

They don’t see the plumber folded like a pretzel underneath the house getting it done

Happy Monday… here’s your delayed Friday special.

Awesome morning speaking at the Penrith Chamber Collective today about the journey of Penrith City Plumbing Services, business growth, community involvement and the power of backing local.

Pretty crazy reflecting on how far the business has come over the years from one bloke on the tools to building a brand that’s become heavily involved in the Penrith community.

Big thanks to everyone who took the time to listen, connect and support local business today. Rooms like this are exactly why Penrith continues to grow.

Good people. Good conversations. Good energy 👏

🚨 “It was repaired two years ago…”

Customer paid around $13,000 for a sewer repair… and now we’re back digging the whole thing up again 😳

After investigating the ongoing blockage issues, we found the previous repair had failed and tree roots had worked their way straight back into the line.

That’s a hard pill to swallow after spending that sort of money.
