Expert Hot Water (Elisha and Simon) removed my gas hot water system and installed my heat pump electric hot water system. They communicated well in arranging a suitable time , liaised with the electrician, kept me up to date and on the day and on the day Simon and apprentice Red were organised, knowledgeable, informative and friendly. It has taken Australia a little while to become comfortable with using TCM - and in particular acupuncture. The thought of "needles" sends shivers through most. However, it has become readily accepted with physiotherapists and many other practitioners using a technique know as "needling" with many of their patients.
Whilst "needling" and "acupuncture" are different - it still involves needles. The transition of mainstream physiotherapists and other technicians with the inclusion of "needling" into their pain management plans, within their practices, has given acupuncture more acceptance.
