We have a daughter on the spectrum who likes to ask questions and sometimes the same questions lol. They were patient with her and also made her feel involved in their process even though she was on the other side of the gate watching with me.

At probably the busiest time of the year, Roy and his young apprentice Johnny went out of their way to help us. 2 visits later the pool is gleaming and filtering perfectly.
