I completed my details on Elite Plumbing’s website and had a response in less than 24 hours. This was about 9 days before Christmas.
They coordinated to meet me on Friday Dec 20th afternoon. They rang when they were going to be an hour later than scheduled due to heavy demand (Holiday houses getting ready before Christmas just like ours).
A really cheerful guy showed up, determined what the issue was with our downstairs toilet, and explained everything to me so I could troubleshoot in the future. He had to go into Bateman’s Bay for a part, and returned to fix it. All done with good humour and enthusiasm and professionalism. The bill was very reasonable- less than I expected. I would definitely recommend this service to others.
Shane saved Christmas Day lunch for us! With only a couple of days left before Christmas, our gas stove top packed it in. I was really worried that we wouldn’t be able to have our big family lunch!
We are so grateful Shane was able to install our new Bosch stove top. While most tradies knock off by 3.00pm, he was able to fit us in his busy schedule, arriving at 5.30pm after a full day’s work, to help us out. The installation was finished in under an hour. He took the old stove top away with him and charged a very, very reasonable rate.
A big shout out to Shane! - a young man with an old-fashioned work ethic... patient, intelligent and motivated. Would highly recommend.

They have taken care of issues small and large that we've had from; replacing valves on hot water systems; clearing blockages in storm water pipe of tree roots & debris; to replacing cracked pipes.
