I purchased the carribean Habenero & roasted jalapeno sauce the Habenero is delicious the orange and ginger added gives the sauce excellent flavour. Yet to try the roasted jalapeno , I will put it on chicken enchiladas tomorrow night. Hot Chilli Mama makes the best sauce. I recently purchased the Trinidad scorpion sauce it's nice and hot with great flavour. I love hot chili mama's sauces they are awesome. My latest purchase arrived in 4days.I ordered another bottle of Trinidad scorpion sauce as well as a bottle of Carolina reaper sauce WOW this sauce is hot instant heat and keeps going.I also purchased the Serrano & Apricot jam this goes great on bacon and toast. It has a sweet and spicy flavour very nice. Doug
