Have been using Shaun and co for a couple of years.. They've been very helpful, punctual and provide good quality plumbing works..

I don't think they're the cheapest plumbers around, but I've generally found their workmanship of high quality.. the entire team I've dealt with are very professional, courteous and great in comms and they generally turn up on time

When it comes to replacing hot water systems and gas heating Derek is the best plumber for the job. He provides outstanding customer service and the work completed is of exceptionally high standards. We have used his services for many years and wouldn't hesitate to do so if we ever needed to in future. 10/10.

We recently purchased our very first home.

After having our floors re stumped we discovered a rooted pipe.

Exceptional team to work with. Informative, detailed in the work and explaination of what's required. We had a blocked drain outside that turned into a massive issue with no storm water drainage in our new home at all. Needless to say we were really distressed and we were looked after given options not rushed or pushed. Sean the main contact is such a straight up guy, you just know you are being told facts. We had a severe flooding problem, after only a few phone calls Shaun and Glen and their teams were on site for a week fixing a multitude of issues, they are professional, courteous and very responsive, I will definitely use them again.

Glen explained the work that was required in a detailed and professional manner. When he had to break the news that added work was required he was calm and thorough. Luke arrived early and with Zia made a great team and worked hard. Shaun was very reassuring when he made the initial quote and assessment as I had a bad experience with previous plumber. I like that the Shaun is coming back to check all is ok.

I recommend this group. They have all the required legal papers ,great reviews and a warranty.
