This is about the third time I've used P1 Plumbing and electrical. They have always been fantastic. This time around I had an emergency and wasn't able to make my scheduled appointment nor was I able to inform them ahead of time. Not only were understanding, they went out of their way to squeeze me in and fix my problem knowing that I was having scheduling difficulties do to personal reasons. I cannot recommend them enough. They were in and out and fixed the issue with professionalism and kindness. These guys are good at what they do and good people. Thank you. I will always come back to P1 plumbing and electrical.

My old plumber passed into the great unknown, i.e., retirement, LOL!, so when the hot water heater decided to die on Sunday, I called around to a few plumbers.

P1 Plumbing and electrical answered my call promptly, and after sending them a few pics, they promised to have their guys come the next morning. They were great! Showed up on time, they were quick, took care not to bump the walls, and cleaned up after themselves. They wore masks without being asked and that was very reassuring.

Less than 24 hours later I have hot water again. I will definitely be calling P1 Plumbing and electrical the next time, because living in a old house means you will always have plumbing emergencies.

My toilet started malfunctioning and my landlord put it on me to figure out. It turns out I needed I new one and P1 Plumbing and electricals made the whole process really easy. They came out the next day at the time they said they would. Unfortunately, my toilet was a non standard size but they called around until they found the right one. They went and picked it up and had it installed in only a few hours. The two men who did the job were both very professional and friendly. Even though the whole process took longer than they thought and they had to get me a special sized one, they didn't charge me anything extra for the job. I have never had to deal with a plumber on my own before and they made it super easy. If I need a plumber again, I will definitely call them.

I cannot say enough about this company.!!!! I read the reviews and called for them to fix things throughout out 55 plus year old home. We had toilets repaired, faucets changed, pipe work upgraded. A day full of improvement. The plumber was outstanding, very polite and hardworking. I highly recommend this company. We spent a good amount but we had quite a bit of work done that was much needed.

The plumber from P1 plumbing and electrical did an absolutely fabulous and very thorough job of replacing the water heater in my home. The old water heater was so gunked up with sediment that it wouldn't drain. The plumber managed to get it outside, where he drained it safely. He then installed the new water heater and even showed me how to maintain it myself. That speaks hugely of his honesty and that of P1 plumbing and electrical. The plumber was also very pleasant and professional. This is the third job I've had P1 plumbing and electrical do in my home. This company is the bomb.

We had a leak to the pipes feeding into the Water Heater, which had caused some minor flooding. The plumber from P1 Plumbing and Electrical was able to replace the faulty pipes and stop the leak for us. He was thorough, explained the issues and what he was doing to fix them and was very friendly. I highly recommend Sam's Local Plumbing team. Sometimes, I find it difficult to get some companies to even return a phone call, so I was very pleased to have such a quick response both by phone and effort!

Initially this would have been a great review- 5 star. We had these guys at our property last year during the pandemic for a major repair, and we were very impressed with their workmanship and the quality. We called them again last week for an another plumbing issue which needed to be resolved. This time they postponed the appointment twice due the plumber being stuck at the another emergency job (reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars). However, once the plumber was at our property he was able to diagnose the issue quickly and efficiently. Their workmanship was top class. Will definitely be giving them another chance if we need a plumber.

The plumber showed up ahead of the time window. He assessed the issue and gave a fixed quote. The price was very reasonable. He had to go to recee to get additional stuff to fix our pipe. He completed the task, ran water a few times to make sure everything was fixed. He's polite, considerate and personable. We are happy with the service provided, and definitely will contact P1 Plumbing and electrical for our future needs!

I've been waiting to see the results of the work before providing any feedback and I must say I am totally pleased.

I contacted P1 Plumbing and Electrical about 4 months ago amidst the pandemic to have my hot water system repaired.

I had only installed it a year prior but it was a cheap unit from one of the large warehouse chains and it conked out.

They were quick to answer and very up front with the pricing.

I got a few more estimates which were all in the same ballpark but I chose P1 Plumbing and Electrical to do the work.

Can I say they were nothing but courteous and professional throughout the transaction. AND...they were conscientious of the fact a big rain event was looming and came out the very next day!!!

The water heater works great. They were even available to me for follow-up questions and even then they were open and honest. They didn't just make up an answer to get more money...I so appreciate that.

Our hot water tank pilot fire won't stay on. I called many places and they all told me I need to replace the whole water tank. P1 Plumbing and Electrical Services is the best and very honest and will to come take a look and think it may just be a component failure.  The technician came and suspected right away the thermal couple is bad and changed it. 15 min. I called P1 Plumbing and electricals  9:30 in the morning as my floor drain backed up. The plumber was at my house by 10:30. I appreciated the text updates that he was on the way.

The plumber was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He was very upfront with the pricing and I knew what I was expected to pay. He took a quick look around and we have booked another appointment to get our kitchen sink worked on.

I had P1 Plumbing and electrical install two new sinks and faucets for some minor remodeling we were doing in our 1/2 bath and laundry room. We ordered all of the fixtures and I did all of the removal and prep but I simply wanted a professional to do it right. Scheduling took a couple of calls but they were able to fit me in easily within a week of the first call. They were very flexible, professional, and courteous. I wasn't home when the work was being done but the work was top-notch. Function and appearance of the finished job exactly the way it should be. Cleaned up after the job. The plumber made some recommendations for different hardware other than what I provided due to his prior experience with leaks and poor quality. Exactly why I hired someone that knows what they're doing. If I had tried to do it myself (which was the original plan) I probably would have come home to leaking sinks. 10 stars for the customer service. 100% will be using P1 plumbing and Electrical for any and all future projects.

I had my water heater replaced after 12 years, get all the copper pipes cleaned up, replaced the rusting pressure reducer and put in a mixing valve with P1 Plumbing and electrical. 5 stars and happy with the results.

I had received quotes from a handful of companies. I will say P1 Plumbing and Electrical wasn't the cheapest but it's not a bad thing if you want your project done right the first time. The cheapest companies' free consultation left me wondering if it'll be done properly. In the end, it came down to two choices with whom I was comfortable proceeding. P1 Plumbing and Electrical was a bit expensive but had many great reviews. I picked P1 Plumbing and Electrical eventually because they were willing to work with me at the time that suited me.

The project took about 3-4 hours total. The work was done very professionally. He cleaned up all the mess afterward. The plumbing work is very clean and is a lot prettier than before. Everything is up to code as well. I highly recommend them. Good luck with your project!

I had a pipe leak that was in the drywall. After speaking to several plumbing companies/plumbers, we decided to go with P1 Plumbing and Electrical. They came out to take a look and he ended up doing the repairs. Overall, I'm very happy with the entire experience. Communication was also prompt, up to date and clear. I knew what was being done, when and how much it would cost every step of the way. The quote was reasonable. During the day of the repair, plumbers were very kind, efficient and courteous, making sure to not make too much noise as we were working from home during this pandemic. They also made sure to keep the work areas tidy. Considering the complexity they did a great job in less time. We're very happy to have gone with P1 Plumbing and electrical for this repair.

Our sewer line was blocked again and we needed someone to come and clear it and suggest a more permanent solution. We booked a plumber from P1 plumbing and electrical to come out and the lady who took my call and organise my booking was helpful. The plumber was punctual, which is perfect for me as I need to leave for work before 8:20am. The plumber explained us how hydra jetting provides a much more thorough clearance as it cuts through the invading tree roots rather than make a temporary tunnel.

Overall, I am really satisfied with the service and will absolutely call/recommend P1 Plumbingand electrical.
