Andrew came to my house to fix a blocked storm water drain. He was punctual, upfront about the costs (which were reasonable!) and did the job right. Cleaned the roots out of the drain and went above and beyond outlining where the pipes were running to and the problem areas with a special gizmo. Also gave me ideas on some long term solutions to stop it happening again. Exceptionally pleased with the overall service, will be recommending him to my friends and family!

I made an appointment and Andrew confirmed it by email. He arrived on time and we agreed to a free under-house inspection for pipe leaks. After inspecting under the entire house, he found the problem was ventilation-related. He also capped off an unused pipe under the house while he was there! It was all done in 30 minutes. Thanks Andrew. You'll be my first call for any plumbing job.

Couldn't recommend Andrew and the team at AXC Plumbing highly. Andrew came over within am hour of calling him for a leak we had from a damaged pipe in our front yard. Fixed the problem, explained what happened really clearly and charged a fair price. Their after sales service is great making sure everything is ok and offering to come and check if not.

Got on to Andrew Cotsis of AXC Plumbing through a recommendation on a local fb group.Turned out it's a small family business. I, for one, prefer to get someone who I have spoken to. Sent a message on the number given on the local fb group. Andrew called the following day. Found him to be very courteous, easy to communicate with and up front about the charges. Booking procedure was simple & straight forward. We were booked in for the day we were after. Service on the day was prompt and efficient as Andrew is a professional who knows his stuff. Communication throughout the process really impressed me. It was clearly explained what the problem was and what was done to resolve it. Charges compared to other quotes we were given were also very reasonable. Thank Heavens to have found my go to plumber for any jobs that come up in future.
