My Chyylo and I visit the store at least once a week, sometimes twice as I purchase treats and the bags of dry food for Chyylo. I call it Chyylo's shop 🐕😇😂 Chyylo gets a pedicure there every 3-4 months and She just loves the girls as we walk in they all greet us with their warm friendly smiles and hello's. So, while we reside in Ascot Vale, we will keep visiting and making our purchases of treats and dry food and pedi's for Chyylo because it's a great store filled with happy puppies and a friendly bunch of girls(and sometimes guys)
I can not speak highly enough of this business. Michelle went out of her way to put together and deliver a lovely gift for my brother in record time. There are not many business around that give that old fashion service. My brother loved the well presented package and said it made his day. Thank you so much for your excellent service.
Every time I take both my dogs here ,I walk away very happy. My dogs are happy to go even though one of my dogs is extremely nervous about everything in life including his own shadow?

Went here for the first time this week with my dog Sunny and they were fantastic. Faster than expected and really lovely customer service and interactions. Sunny is not great with other dogs and they were non judgemental and accommodating. Sunny looks very cute with her new haircut and little bandana- I will definitely make this my regular groomer!
My fur baby Eddy absolutely loves it here and she always comes out looking like a show dog.
The groomers are all so professional and my pooch always looks happy as I stalk her from across the road :)

So lets address the elephant in the room - what does a dog grooming place need a wait list for? in short, they are that good! they are normaly booked up for weeks in advance.
Second thing, when you pick up your hound, maybe consider making your next booking so you don't get caught out again!
Lastly, after all the boring booking stuff. They guys really are great. From the attention on dropoff, making sure they know what you after, to the quality and the happyness of the hound afterwards (I sometimes just grab a coffee over the road and watch them work as the puppies look soo cute) to the 'doggy day care' options if you can't get back to pick up your hound when they are finished with their haircut, there is the whole package available here!
Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.
The staff were friendly and fast response 🥳 a bit hard to find an excellent northern breed grooming, but now we found one 😛 our boys smell so lovely and no more shedding fur
Took our 1 year old English Springer Spaniel here today for grooming. I was nervous because our darling feisty Bonnie can be a handful and has had mixed experiences with grooming to date. I could not be happier with the beautiful job that was done for her!! When we arrived I was struck by the calm environment at this salon. The 4 dogs being groomed were relaxed and happy, no anxious barking here. When we picked Bonnie up she was just being finished and she was chilled and happy as were the other dogs that were there. Our dog looks beautiful, everything we wanted done was achieved to a high standard without stressing our girl. I highly recommend this kind and very professional salon and it’s staff and am very glad to have found them.
First time taking my 5 1/2 month old pup for a professional groom, he is a high energy retriever who doesn’t love to be groomed at home and as much as I’m working to desensitise him it was a great relief to find Crackin Dog Groomers to give the coat a deshed and remove matting behind his floppy ears. Can’t thank your team enough for doing such a fantastic job, coat and paws look amazing and we look forward to coming back and hopefully pup being more settled after a few visits
