These are the moments where a business is tested. Because inevitably, there will be issues that could not be foreseen.

Firstly Adam checked in before I even informed him of the issue. When informed, he was at our house within a few hours, and after diagnosing, he let us know that we were unlucky: it was a faulty unit.

He immediately lodged a service call, kept me informed of when I could expect the next step. He also offered a safe workaround on the unit that I could use to restore hot water supply.

Within 2 business days the unit was replaced by an authorised provider. He had checked in again before I could update him.

In my experience, Sydney Norwest Plumbing has been responsive, punctual, and acted with a sense of urgency in the face of issues. Would recommend and use again.

Adam was quick to come out and quote for a sewer gully install, and made time to do our job on very short notice. Easy to communicate with, right on time, and the job was done well and very quickly. Highly recommend and will use again.

EDIT: I've since called Adam and his colleague again to check a stormwater pipe for damage. Once again they were punctual, friendly and provided us with great advice on what to do and look for in terms of drainage when doing our landscaping. Very well priced too.
