In no particular order, we found Rhys and his team to be communicative in scheduling work, on time for commencement, professional in their set-up, work-site behaviour, and engagement, ever-ready to explain what, why and how they did things, professionally managed any variances, managed to keep household interruptions to a minimum, displayed a "no surprises" approach, cleaned up after each day and on conclusion of the job, including restoring any affected areas of our property to original condition.

Great service, great job. Rhys and his team are very easy to deal with and they deliver good work. I highly recommend them.

After years of problems with tree roots in our ageing drains, and the possibility of expensive repairs if they failed, we contacted Rhys on the recommendation of a neighbour. They dug up and replaced access points and a junction, thoroughly cleaned and relined all drains, and replaced a section of pipe under the house. The relining system is ingenious and when you see the equipment involved it’s clear why it is not cheap but for us the interest on the cost of the work will be less than we were paying plumbers to clear the drains with increasing frequency. The drains are now good as new, unhealthy minor leaks have been eliminated, and we have peace of mind.

Rhys and his team were very friendly and professional throughout. We were particularly impressed by their attention to quality, minimising mess (e.g. putting soil into bags to avoid damaging the lawn), and cleaning up afterwards. I have never dealt with such a professional team of tradesmen.

Highly Recommend - Rhys and the team were a great help with our clay pipe issues! By relining we saved a great deal of disruption from breaking up concrete pathways to access pipes not to mention the issues under the concrete slab of our house which was inaccessible. Communications were great and the team turned up on schedule as required.
